All Fees in Advance: To secure your spot in any of our classes, courses, or retreats, we require full payment in advance before the commencement date. This policy ensures smooth administrative processes and guarantees your enrollment in the desired program.
Accepted Payment Modes: We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. Payments can be made via debit card, credit card, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), net banking, or through PayPal for international transactions.

At Praveen Yoga Academy we understand that circumstances may arise, leading students to reconsider their participation in a batch. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

In the unfortunate event that a student needs to cancel their participation in a batch, a refund will be processed. However, it’s important to note that all fees paid are generally considered non-refundable.
The Deduction: A portion of the fees will be deducted to cover administrative costs and to maintain fairness to other students who may have been interested in the same slot.
Exceptions for Critical Situations: While fees are non-refundable in most cases, we acknowledge that emergencies, particularly those of a critical nature (e.g., medical emergencies, severe illness), may warrant special consideration.

All refunds will be initiated to the same account or card through which the payment was originally made within 7-10 working days. This ensures a streamlined and secure refund process.
Processing Time: The time taken for the refund to reflect in the student’s account may vary depending on the banking or card service provider. We strive to expedite this process as much as possible, understanding the importance of timely resolution.

In cases of a medical emergency or critical illness, where a student is unable to proceed with the enrolled program, we may consider a refund or adjustment of fees.
