Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has a solid yoga practice spanning over 33 years. His teaching experience is more than a decade he has taught both on National and International grounds. He is founder of PYA. Recently worked in Vietnam about 11 years and one year in Singapore. He Travel about 20 countries about to organise his Yoga workshop, YTTC etc.
Recently he was awarded International Yoga Referee during “World Yoga Championship, Malaysia ?2015, Asian Yoga Championship Hanoi, Vietnam? 2016 and Asian Yoga Championship Singapore 2017.
Now he is Providing online & Offline Yoga Classes, Short & Long Courses, YTTC, Yoga Retreat etc with PYA.
He brings a certain kind of confidence, compassion and creative fluidity into his practice which effortlessly rubs on to each and every student.

What You Will Learn During Workshop
Foundation: Begin with the basic Shiva pose to establish a strong foundation.
Alignment: Learn all Basic alignment concepts.
Basic Variations: for everyone.
Advanced Variations: some other advanced and challenging variations.
Props and Modifications: Utilize props such as blocks or a wall for support and stability as you explore different variations.
Breath and Focus: Emphasize the connection between breath and movement to help maintain balance and concentration. Encourage students to find a focal point (drishti) to aid in balance and concentration.
Sequencing: Incorporate Shiva pose variations into a well-rounded yoga sequence. Begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body, then move through to poses to build strength and stability before exploring Shiva pose variations. End with calming poses and a final relaxation.
Guided Practice: Offer guided practices focusing on specific variations, allowing students to explore and deepen their understanding of each variation in a supportive environment.
Feedback and Adjustments: Provide hands-on adjustments and verbal cues to help students find proper alignment and deepen their practice safely.
Consistent Practice: Encourage consistent practice to gradually build strength, flexibility, and balance needed for more challenging variations of Shiva pose.
