Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has a solid yoga practice spanning over 33 years. His teaching experience is more than a decade he has taught both on National and International grounds. He is founder of PYA. Recently worked in Vietnam about 11 years and one year in Singapore. He Travel about 20 countries about to organise his Yoga workshop, YTTC etc.
Recently he was awarded International Yoga Referee during “World Yoga Championship, Malaysia ?2015, Asian Yoga Championship Hanoi, Vietnam? 2016 and Asian Yoga Championship Singapore 2017.
Now he is Providing online & Offline Yoga Classes, Short & Long Courses, YTTC, Yoga Retreat etc with PYA.

Arm balances always look amazing but they can be intimidating to try. If you gain an understanding of the foundations of arm balances, you can safely explore these poses and expand your yoga practice. We’ll show you how the poses follow certain patterns and build off one another to get you flying high.

How many Days in a week would we have a session?
The workshop would take place 3 days a week (Monday ,Wednesday, Friday )
What be the duration of each session?
Each session would for 1 hour between 4:00-5:00 p.m
When would the course start and end?
The course would start on the 22th of November and end on 15th December
