Mr. Praveen Kumar Verma has a solid yoga practice spanning over 33 years. His teaching experience is more than a decade he has taught both on National and International grounds. He is founder of PYA. Recently worked in Vietnam about 11 years and one year in Singapore. He Travel about 20 countries about to organise his Yoga workshop, YTTC etc.
Recently he was awarded International Yoga Referee during “World Yoga Championship, Malaysia ?2015, Asian Yoga Championship Hanoi, Vietnam? 2016 and Asian Yoga Championship Singapore 2017.
Now he is Providing online & Offline Yoga Classes, Short & Long Courses, YTTC, Yoga Retreat etc with PYA.
He brings a certain kind of confidence, compassion and creative fluidity into his practice which effortlessly rubs on to each and every student.

11:30 am to 12:30 pm: Pranayama/Breathing Exercise – Experience the essence of breath with practical insights and hands-on practice, unlocking the power of controlled breathing.
12:30 to 1:30 pm: Lunch Break and Rest – Enjoy a nourishing break to refuel and prepare for the afternoon sessions.
1:30 to 3:00 pm: Master Class on Hip-Opening & Front Split Routine: Join Master Praveen for an exclusive class delving into the art of hip-opening and mastering the front split.
9:00 to 11:00 am: Yin Yoga Style – Explore the transformative practice of Yin Yoga with a specific focus on hip-opening, suitable for practitioners ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Pranayama/Breathing Exercises – Continue your journey into breath mastery with additional breathing exercises, enhancing your overall well-being.
