Meet your Instructor

Ms. Mansi Panchal is RYT 500 Hours Advance International Yoga Teacher of Praveen Yoga Academy. One of the prestigious Yoga Academy in India. She is certified in Personal Fitness Training, Aslo Animal Moves and Dance training as well.

? Mansi has more than a decade of teaching experience both in Online & Offline Yoga & Fitness Training, also specializing in Bollywood Zumba, Garba, Dance Choreographies. From the last 3 years, she has been doing Yoga Events & Workshop both Nationally & Internationally. She is a very well known and passionate Yoga & Fitness Trainer.?

Her vision is to explore Yoga & Fitness especially for Women. So that they can understand their real value & Live healthy & Happy life.

Activity Breakdown:

Kids Yoga (Age 3 and above)
- Engage in specially tailored yoga sessions designed for the unique needs of young minds.
- -Activities focus on playful and engaging exercises, fostering physical strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
Yoga and Bollywood Dance (Age 13 and above):
- Experience the dynamic fusion of yoga and Bollywood dance, catering to the older age group.
- Promote fitness through an energetic blend of cultural expression and joyful movement.
